The War Eagles volleyball team finished the season with a 21-24 overall record, and a 9-1 record in region.
The team won the region 4-AAAA championship by beating Eastside, and was eliminated by Marist in the state quarterfinals. The team was led by Kalyn Pierre (setter), Morgan Cobb (outside hitter), Morgan Miller (outside), and Sam McCool (libero). All four were named to the 4-AAAA 1st Team All-Region team. One of the highlights of the year was combining with Woodward Serves to have a Upper School-wide volleyball tournament that raised money for Love Beyond Walls. Several volleyball players helped coach teams, and did their part in raising awareness about this organization and homelessness. The 2019 season looks bright as the War Eagles return every player, and look to regain their state championship form.
