The Woodward Academy boys ultimate team experienced a wild roller coaster of a season.

After starting the season a mediocre 3-3, the team won 5 of its next 6 games. Included in this run was an incredible 11-10 victory over Grady High School, the Georgia state champion and #3 team in the country. The team’s season ended with a heart-breaking 16-14 loss to Lambert High School in the quarterfinals of the state tournament.  With 10 varsity players returning in 2017-18, the team will look to build on this season’s successes and once again challenge the top teams in the state.
